Tracy Transport LLC – Service Policies

Applies to: All rides booked with Tracy Transport LLC (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”).

  1. Booking & Payment
    • How to Book: Online, text, or phone. A ride is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation.
    • Quotes: Estimates include time & distance within the planned route. Tolls, parking, gate/port fees, and extra stops are billed as incurred.
    • Deposits: Charters (3+ hours) or trips over $200 require a 20% non-refundable deposit at booking.
    • Card on File: We may place a temporary pre-authorization to secure your reservation and cover incidentals (parking, wait time, cleaning).
    • Payment Methods: Major credit/debit cards and contactless payments accepted. Cash accepted only by prior arrangement.
    • Gratuity: Never required—always appreciated and goes 100% to your driver.
  2. Changes & Cancellations

Local / Point-to-Point (Non-Airport)

Airport / Intercity / Long-Distance

Charters / By-the-Hour (3+ hours)

Note: Same-day bookings are final sale once confirmed.

  1. No-Show Policy

We attempt to contact you via call/text upon arrival. If unreachable within the grace window, the ride is marked No-Show and billed in full.

  1. Airport & Station Pickup Details
  1. Secured Facilities & Military Bases (e.g., APG)
  1. Safety, Conduct & Comfort
  1. Vehicle Cleanliness & Damage Fees

We maintain vehicles in clean and comfortable condition. Additional cleaning fees may apply:

Type Fee
Light (sand, crumbs, pet hair) $50
Moderate (spills, heavy soil) $150
Biohazard (vomit, bodily fluids, smoke) $300+ (as billed by professional detailer)
Damage Actual repair/replacement + downtime at $50/hr (max 8 hrs/day)
  1. Lost & Found

Note: We do not insure passenger property; use personal insurance for high-value items.

  1. Delays, Weather & Force Majeure

While we monitor traffic and flights, unforeseen conditions (weather, road closures, mechanical issues, etc.) may cause delays.

We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed flights or reservations. Documentation of the delay can be provided upon request.

These policies may be updated periodically. The version posted on our website is the most current and supersedes all previous versions.
